- If assigned as the Critical Care Medicine Pharmacist Specialist: requires one year of hospital based clinical pharmacist experience and/or one year of hospital based clinical pharmacist experience in the critical care setting. Prefer completion of a pharmacy residency program in Critical Care.
- If assigned as the Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist Specialist: requires c ompletion of PGY 1 residency or at least two years of acute inpatient hospital pharmacist experience. Prefer completion of pharmacy residency in Oncology
