Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Oversight
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with global commercial goals, assess and refine sales territories and account assignments across the team to maximize efficiency and growth potential.

- Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the CRO, CDMO, or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region in support of the team. Willingness to travel extensively (40%+).
