Mechatronics Intern

About the role

We're looking for a Mechatronics Intern to support our assembly, quality control (QC), and calibration processes. You'll work closely with hardware, software, and operations teams to improve system reliability, optimize processes, and assist in building calibration and testing tools for our robotic solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world exposure to robotics, automation systems, and production-grade engineering environments. Minimum commitment: 6 months. Strong performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Key Responsibilities: - Support assembly activities and help optimize QC and testing processes - Assist in calibration, testing, and validation of mechatronic systems - Help develop and maintain basic calibration and test software tools - Identify process improvement opportunities in assembly and quality workflows - Document processes, test results, and system configurations clearly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot hardware/software issues - Available to commit for at least 6 months - Basic knowledge of Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation systems - Some understanding of software concepts (scripting, logic, or tools is a plus) - Strong interest in design, process improvement, and quality control - Good documentation and communication skills - Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work hands-on with systems - Competitive stipend - Global team exposure - Fast-paced startup learning environment - Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity based on performance - Collaborative, inclusive culture
