Your Role In your daily job you will: Lead overall Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) operations, including customer scheduling, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation management. Develop and execute production and material plans to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor customer demand, forecast changes, and coordinate cross-functional activities to maintain supply continuity. Manage inventory levels and inventory accuracy while driving initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory. Oversee warehouse operations, material flow, and logistics activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance, inventory turns, logistics costs, and operational efficiency. Establish and monitor PC&L KPIs such as OTTR, inventory turns, premium freight, schedule attainment, and delivery performance. Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to support production requirements and business objectives. Lead customer communication related to demand changes, delivery issues, recovery plans, and escalation management. Develop, coach, and manage PC&L team members to strengthen organizational capability and succession planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable supply chain standards. Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Production Control, Logistics, Materials Management, or Supply Chain functions within a manufacturing environment. Previous leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, customer scheduling, warehousing, and logistics operations. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain performance analysis. Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Automotive industry experience preferred.
