Department/Unit: Emergency Department Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $59,066.00 - $88,599.00 Assist patients in reaching outcomes as established by the RPN in the plan of care.The LPN gathers, and documents data related to physiologic, cognitive, cultural, and spiritual status, assists in goal directed plans of care which are evidence-based and age specific, and implements care through utilization and adherence to established standards which define the structure, process, and desired patient outcomes of the nursing process, and communicates information needing referral to RPN and reinforces teaching plan established by RPN.
