Responsibilities

  • Support month end closing procedures and year-end-steering activities
  • Calculate monthly/quarterly bonuses based on set KPIs
  • Manage budgeting and rolling forecast process
  • Drive budget and forecasts preparation
  • Provide monthly analysis of variances against budget/forecast
  • Develop and track additional cost savings opportunities and monitor progress of current initiatives
  • Develop and implement new controlling processes
  • Support CFO with special projects

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting, finance or related fields
  • 7 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the e-commerce industry
  • Strong analytical skills as well as communication and management skills
  • ACCA, CFA or Big4 experience is an advantage
  • Solid experience in reporting and database tools and high IT affinity. In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI
  • Very good written and spoken English skills & Slovak
