ROLE SUMMARY AND IMPACT As Manager - E-Commerce Planning , you will work closely with the E-Commerce Planning and Activation, Affiliate and Livestream teams to ensure operational excellence in Commerce campaigns (i.e. Lazada, Shopee and TikTok)) with a strong focus on ensuring KPIs (Traffic, GMV, ROAS) are met. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Paid eCommerce On-Platform Search and Marketplace Strategy and Management: -Develop and execute campaign structure and strategy, targeting tactics, and cadence for reporting, performance reviews and forward planning. -Test new ad copy and landing pages on an evergreen basis to improve ad relevancy, visibility and sales opportunity. -Constantly look for ways to improve our targeting, bidding logic, and budget allocation. -Conduct search campaign optimization tasks throughout the campaign life-cycle (keyword mining and targeting optimizations, bidding, A/B tests etc.) -Determine areas for improved optimization and communicate required actions across the business to drive implementation. -Support eCommerce Planning team in SEO improvement projects, and PV sufficiency workstreams Social Commerce (Livestream and Affiliate Marketing) Practice Lead : -Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy for Shopee and TikTok Shop &/or Affiliate, focusing on driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience. -Provide guidance so Livestream and Affiliates team on day to day operations with focus on achieving the KPIs (GMV, Traffic) Performance Analysis and Optimization: -Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, adjusting campaigns accordingly to maximize performance. -Prepare regular performance reports and present key findings and insights to stakeholders. -Daily monitoring and analysis of all advertising campaigns including, but not limited to revenue, campaign performance, click and conversion rates, ROAS, daily ad spend. -Aggregate data across brands & multiple different reporting systems; partner with data lead for reporting automation via BI tools. Collaboration & Client Servicing: -Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally & externally within GroupM, including media planning, e-commerce, and product solutions, to create compelling and engaging content plans that resonate with our audience and drive sales. - Build and nurture strong relationships with platform partners to stay informed about new features, best practices, and promotional opportunities. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations. -Develop best practices/recommendations
