- Establish and enforce governance standards for new program intake and approval.
- Maintain visibility into all community-based learning programs, participants, timelines, and administrators.
- Approve and manage admin access; support Program Admins with escalated platform issues.
- Partner with MentorcliQ and internal IT on updates, feature releases, and integrations.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and annual planning to assess ROI, usage, and strategic alignment.
- EMEA-Based Diversity & Belonging Consultant & Advisory
- Conduct listening sessions to understand the critical needs in our EMEA region around Diversity & Belonging, and partner to co-create solutions to address and improve employee experience related to sensitive diversity-related matters.
- Act as an advisory andthought partner to Legal, ER, PEx consultants, and HRBPs on EMEA-specific diversity related legislation, policy interpretation, sensitive diversity-related topics.
- Provide guidance on sensitive diversity-related topics including (but not limited to):
