Major accountabilities: Determine the strategic goals and yearly Brand plan with strategy, positioning and tactics for actively managed products and supporting effective marketing mix and proper investment in WB Respiratory, Pain & Alimentary Therapeutical Area Meet or exceed annual target sales and market share objectives- Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives Analyzing pharmaceutical market from all available data sources Knowledge about pharmaceutical market in terms of reimbursement, pricing, regulations, legislation, doctrine trends and competitors Medical knowledge - anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, disease description, disease management (guidelines) and pharmacotherapy Therapeutical Area knowledge - market trends, brands, products, positioning, advantages/disadvantages vs major competitors Responsible for preparing product forecasts, yearly planning, monthly sales planning, TGT, LF process for WB Alimentary & Pain TA portfolio Working with Portfolio & Launch team, analysing market for new opportunities in pipeline, preparing business case for new product and proposing to superiors Managing WB Respiratory, Pain & Alimentary TA portfolio, product positioning within portfolio Accurate management of budgets for WB Respiratory, Pain & Alimentary TA portfolio Work collaboratively with colleagues in DRA, Medical department, Supply & Distribution, Finance in preparing for product launch and following up on all issues after launch Prepare education concerning both medical and marketing facts for all of the rep team; create promotional and DA materials Preparing and providing regular knowledge check to Field Force Supporting Market Access in preparing application for the reimbursement list for new products Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand Responsible for brand plan execution (monitoring FF team on organizing and conducting events, lectures and workshops) Develop, manage and execute relationships with KOL and other influential health care providers, on field work Checking marketing messages and strategy implementation on field, through regular field visits with reps and collaboration with FLM's Close liaison with the sales force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional materials and to ensure that the printed and digital promotional materials is being used optimally Field work 20%, office work 80% Support team to achieve team goals Mentoring as per assignment Ensuring all activities to be fully compliant with all relevant internal and external codes of conduct Minimum Requirements: University degree in biomedical sciences or business background At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical company Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical marketing Strong team-oriented approach and supportive management style Strong understanding of company compliance procedures Country language Fluent English Why Sandoz?
