Business Systems Analyst Co-op - Enterprise Technology & Business Management

Responsibilities

• At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

• Y ou must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

• How you'll succeed
• Understanding Requirements - You will work closely with Business Partners to guide formulation of complex business requirements and solution design discussions to meet project needs.
• Relationship Building - You can establish relationships with Business Partners, Colleagues and Managers to ensure strong partnerships and cooperative learning spaces.
• Projects - You will be part of complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to CIBC's enterprise ar chitecture roadmap.
• Communication - You can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and opinions that involve research, interpretation, and assessment.
