Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or marketing operations within B2B environments
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting campaign execution across digital, content, media, or events
- Familiarity with marketing performance tracking and reporting
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, project management tools, analytics dashboards, presentation tools)
- Experience within the aviation or defense sector
- Bilingual (French - English)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments

Reporting to the Lead Marketing strategist, the marketing advisor is working closely with Marketing Strategists, agencies, and cross-functional teams, the Advisor contributes to the planning, tracking, and deployment of campaigns, content, and programs. The role also supports performance tracking, budget coordination, and the development of executive materials, enabling efficient decision-making and operational rigor. This is a temporary position with a 6-month contract.
