ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: In addition to meeting the basic entry qualification requirement, applicants must have specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as facilitating evidence-based domestic violence or cognitive-behavioral interventions for high-risk offenders and adapting strategies to address resistance or co-occurring issues; managing complex domestic violence cases, conducting advanced risk assessments, and making recommendations that guide intervention and supervision decisions; and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to address offender needs, evaluate intervention outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness and victim safety. Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement.
