Responsibilities
- Recruitment Administration:
- Advertise jobs on Careers@Gov, MyCareersFuture, and other portals
- Facilitate screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Schedule interviews (physical and online) and job preview sessions

- Recruitment cases: ~260 per year
- Internship cases: ~160 per year
- Job change processes: ~228 per year
- Record management: ~120 per year
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of relevant HR experience
- Singapore public sector experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Workday is mandatory
- Experience with other HR systems (e.g., Times HR, SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Workday HR system
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of government HR policies and Instructional Manuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-volume workload
- Other Requirements:
- Available for on-site work at Client premises
- Flexible for overtime during peak recruitment periods.
