About the role

Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time. New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective + 5 Years in Test Systems Area - Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques. - Statically analysis knowledge - Ability to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams. In a global environment - Excellent communication skills: Internal and external. - Knowledge on Bench Top Test Equipment, including DMMs, high current power supplies, electronic loads, various measurement probes and oscilloscopes - Experience in the design, development, fabrication, assembly and test of power electronics or analog hardware, particularly focused on power systems and analog electronics in space environments - High knowledge on IPC standards IPC-A-610 - Preference bilingual English-Spanish 75%. - High Teamwork interaction. - Knowledge on problem solving techniques-Shainin-6 Sigma-PDCA-8D. - Knowledge on SPC. - Dealing with conflict and under pressure work. - Mechanical drawings interpretation - Good communication. - Willingness to Travel. Bachelor degree: Depend of the process specific Engineering of Mechatronic, Electronic, Industrial or Systems, Metallurgic, Chemistry or Electromechanical.
