About the role

Wonderful Citrus is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning Supervisor to support our import operations during the upcoming season. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient production planning by balancing inventory, customer demand, and operational capacity. Here's what you'll do: Analyze inventory levels, incoming supply (imports), and customer orders to support production planning Build and adjust daily and weekly production plans based on demand and operational capacity Monitor production performance and make real-time adjustments as conditions change Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure plans are aligned with plant capabilities and constraints Use internal planning tools (Excel-based) to translate data into actionable production plans Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and propose solutions to maintain service levels Support continuous updates to planning assumptions based on actual production results Here's what you'll bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or a similar analytical role Advanced English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel Basic math skills and ability to understand operational calculations Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a high sense of urgency Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Wonderful's dedication to you: Competitive benefits package including Major Medical Insurance and Dental Insurance for you and your immediate family.
