As a Compensation & Benefits Lead at Legend Biotech, you will play a key role in designing and delivering total rewards strategies that support both our employees and our business. You will combine analytical insight with hands-on execution, ensuring our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global framework. What can you expect? In this role, you will take ownership of compensation and benefits activities across Belgium and Ireland, working closely with payroll, HR teams, and global stakeholders. Your impact will go beyond daily operations, as you contribute to building a data-driven and future-ready HR organization. Here is what you will do: Implement and manage compensation & benefits programs such as bike lease, warrants, flex income plans, and mobility budget Lead and support the annual salary review, bonus, and merit processes Develop, document, and optimize policies and procedures ( e.g. telework, standby policies, tax rulings) Evaluate and continuously improve benefits structures ( e.g. group and hospitalization insurance) Monitor and implement government measures related to employer cost optimization and taxation Act as the go-to expert for all compensation & benefits-related topics Ensure clear and timely communication to employees and management Contribute to HR data analytics and reporting Participate in broader HR projects Collaborate with global Total Rewards team Who are we looking for?
