Software & Applications Manager

Responsibilities

• -Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• -Lead the development and support of enterprise applications, AI solutions, and data platforms.
• -Oversee cloud-based applications, system integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
• -Manage project delivery, budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.
• -Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• -Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvements.
• -Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations.

Requirements

• -Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• -15+ years of experience in software application development, technology delivery, or IT management.
• -Strong experience in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, AI/GenAI platforms, and data engineering solutions.
• -Knowledge of GCP, AWS, Java, .NET, SQL, Big Data technologies, and cloud-native architectures.
• -Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams.
• -Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• -Professional certifications in Cloud, Project Management, or IT Service Management are preferred.
