Telesales Compliance Officer Job Title: Telesales Compliance Officer (12-month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid Salary: £27,976 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Sponsorship: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Do you have previous experience working in a telephony-based role, and have a passion for compliance? Are you good at identifying opportunities for improvement? If so, we want to hear from you! We're looking for a Telesales Compliance Officer to work closely with our Sales teams to monitor calls to ensure compliance to policies and processes. What you'll be doing? As a Telesales Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sales and service activities meet regulatory, legal, and company standards Partake in call listening and provide feedback to agents virtually. Analyse information entered onto our system by agents as part of their assessment. Produce virtual feedback for outsourced providers. Support peak business needs, including Customer First mobilisation Who are we looking for? A keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
