Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Recruitment Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business goals and workforce planning. Full-cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Sourcing and Networking: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels and platforms. Candidate Assessment: Implement and standardize candidate evaluation processes, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to identify the best-fit candidates. Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the company's employer brand, making DISA Global Solutions an employer of choice. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish job requirements, and provide guidance on the recruitment process. Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and trends to inform recruitment strategies. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
