Additional Information

(1) Objective - Develop and implement cost-effective automation solutions to improve overall warehouse operations performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity. - Identify, evaluate, and propose new warehouse automation technologies for current warehouse operations, new customers, and implement digital transformation projects. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage technology selection, purchasing, and implementation process. (2) Job Responsibility: - Support warehouse setup and material handling equipment implementation projects across APAC. - Manage automation projects, including feasibility studies, pilot testing, operational simulations, and ROI analysis. - Research and evaluate new automation technologies and identify suppliers who meet the requirements. - Establish and maintain a database of automation solutions, capacities, costs, and system integration capabilities. - Monitor project budgets, costs, and related competitive advantage. - Follow up and provide update of project status and verification results to stakeholders. - Monitor the performance of automation and material handling equipment suppliers. (3) Requirements: EDUCATION /QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Research, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: Min 3 years of work experience in logistics and warehouse automation sector, including technologies such as ASRS, AGV/AMR, DPS, DPC and DAS.
