Find your future at Revvity BioLegend is looking for a Bottling Coordinator for our Form, Fill, and Finish Group. This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating both routine and non-routine work in addition to regular bottling tech functions. This is a highly team oriented group which involves working closely with all core teams within the Bottling Department as well as other departments such as Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging and Quality Control groups. Coordinating work according to the bottling schedule provided by various business groups Participate in leadership discussions on capacity planning and use of resources within the bottling team Data entry and production documentation completion tasks Training bottling technicians in various roles and responsibilities Various other tasks to ensure the bottling team runs smoothly Backup lead when lead is not present Supplement production output to meet customer need Support and/or spearhead customer complaint investigations, non-conformance filing and investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed Other projects or responsibilities as may be required. Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience High school diploma/GED or some college 1 year of experience in a biotech manufacturing environment 6 months of experience with automatic filling machines Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience Aseptic Technique in biosafety cabinet Demonstrated high levels of teamwork, quality, and productivity Work Environment & Physical Demands- Lab While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00 - $24.50/hour . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
