Patient Liaison l ER Registration, Boscobel ( Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling
• Support ER registration, including gathering accurate patient information
• Operate the switchboard, routing calls and transfers efficiently
• Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy
• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

As a Patient Liaison at our Boscobel Hospital, you'll support ER registration and the switchboard, providing clear communication, wayfinding, and service‑oriented support to patients and visitors during some of their most important moment What's Available: .6 FTE (48 hours bi-weekly) Every other weekend rotation: 12‑hour shifts Weekday shifts (8 hours): Working 2nd or 3rd shift between 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (Shift differentials available!) Location: Boscobel, WI
