As a Junior Automation&Electrification Specialist you will join our Automation&Electrification Business Unit. You will be based in our headquarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI). Your team's activities will include: Business Strategy: Develop appropriate business models , define product positioning, and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets. Market Development : Analyze the competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions . Product Management : Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area , interacting with the Headquarter and supporting the sales force. Marketing & Performance: Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives. Education : Degree in Engineering You are a flexible person with an open mindset, ready to take on new challenges and activities. You possess analytical skills, a capacity for strategic vision, and a strong customer focus. In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 31.000 - € 32.000 for a 40-hour work week.
