Responsibilities

  • New Business Development
  • Develop a structured territory plan and consistently generate new pipeline to meet new logo acquisition goals.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end commercial process from qualification to closing, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Lead RFP responses coordinating all internal contributors.
  • Coordinating with the product sales executives, providing the technical support to build proposals tailored on customers' needs.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and provide timely reporting on pipeline, progress toward targets, and strategic opportunities.
  • Product, Technical & Advisory Collaboration
  • Act as a credible subject-matter advocate in client meetings, articulating the value of our solutions and driving conversions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ESG benchmarking, CSRD and regulatory reporting solutions, carbon accounting, climate risk tools, and governance/compensation offerings.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Advisory teams to support solution evolution.
  • Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial role (sales, account management, sales engineering, customer success).
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, executive compensation, ESG, sustainability, and climate topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed commercial targets, manage a pipeline, and execute complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sustainability and Corporate Governance
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms and advisory services.
  • Prior exposure to governance or stewardship-related ecosystems.
  • Fluency in Norwegian (or another Nordic language) and English is required

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive (RSE) based in Oslo.
