Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of relevant HR experience
- Singapore public sector experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Workday is mandatory
- Experience with other HR systems (e.g., Times HR, SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Workday HR system
- Knowledge of training administration and contract management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Other Requirements:
- Available for on-site work at Client premises
- Flexible for overtime during peak periods.
