- Enable highly configurable, self-serve reporting for enterprise merchants

- Develop benchmarking capabilities across industry, merchant, and regional comparisons
- Data as a Revenue Driver
- Define packaging and pricing strategies for advanced data features
- Build premium capabilities including real-time analytics, alerting, custom reporting, and data APIs
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to embed data into the commercial narrative and support enterprise deals
- Drive adoption and monetization of data products with GTM teams
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams across time zones
- Own KPIs spanning dashboard adoption, report usage, merchant retention, and data-driven revenue
- Track impact on authorization uplift, conversion improvement, and cost savings for merchants
- Drive experimentation around insight-driven recommendations and alerting effectiveness
- Required
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a payments, fintech, or financial data domain.
- Demonstrable experience owning and shipping merchant-facing or customer-facing analytics, reporting, or data products at scale.
- Strong commercial acumen - you understand how payments economics work, including interchange, acquiring costs, routing economics, and scheme rules.
- Experience working with APIs as a product - defining developer experience, documentation, and adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to translate complex, high-volume data into clear, intuitive product experiences.
- Track record of leading cross-functional squads from discovery to delivery in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills - able to engage credibly with merchants, engineers, data scientists, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a global, distributed organisation across multiple time zones.

- Background in BI or analytics platforms from a product or integration perspective.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to define and drive the merchant-facing data, reporting, and payments insights strategy across our Global Payment Orchestration Platform. This is a high-impact, commercially critical role at the intersection of product, data, and payments. You will own the full product suite for payments data through which our merchants understand, optimise, and grow their payments performance - from dashboards and configurable reporting to developer-grade APIs and AI-powered recommendations.
