[What the role is] Are you passionate about people and communications? In this role, you will play an active part in shaping the employee experience - from crafting compelling content for our internal HR newsletter to organising meaningful engagement activities like townhalls and wellness programmes. You will also have the opportunity to gather and analyse employee feedback, making a real impact on how we connect and communicate across the organisation. [What you will be working on] Support the HR team in creating engaging content for our internal HR newsletter, including writing articles, conducting employee interviews, and developing visual content to keep staff informed about HR updates, policies, and company news Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as townhalls, wellness programmes, and recognition initiatives Help gather employee feedback through surveys and focus groups, and support various HR communication projects as needed What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience in HR communications and employee engagement Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Opportunity to develop skills in content creation, project management, and internal communications Exposure to various HR functions and meaningful contribution to enhancing workplace culture [What we are looking for] Current polytechnic student in a relevant field such as Mass Communications, Business, or Human Resources Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Creative mindset and comfortable using basic design tools The position is suitable for a 3-6 month internship period with flexible arrangements to accommodate academic schedules.
