As a Driver , you will play a key role in providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for guests and resort operations. This position requires excellent customer service, strong driving skills, and a commitment to safety while ensuring guests enjoy a positive experience from start to finish. What You'll Do as a Driver: - Safely transport guests and passengers to designated locations while following all traffic laws and company safety policies. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and operational. - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly. - Provide exceptional guest service and assist passengers with questions, directions, and transportation needs. - Utilize GPS and local area knowledge to navigate efficiently and maintain timely schedules. - Maintain accurate transportation logs and required documentation. - Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, or other items as needed. - Monitor traffic and road conditions and adjust routes accordingly. - Represent Westgate Resorts professionally through appearance, communication, and guest interactions. - Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring as a Driver: - Valid CDL Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement required. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Safe driving record and commitment to transportation safety. - Basic vehicle maintenance and inspection knowledge. - Proficiency using GPS navigation systems and mobile devices. - Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in guest-facing situations.
