Join Our Cash Application Team and Drive Financial Accuracy Location: Bengaluru Hybrid The Analyst - Cash Application is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely application of customer payments to maintain the integrity of Accounts Receivable records. The role supports efficient cash flow management by processing high-volume transactions and resolving payment allocation issues. Working closely with Collections, Billing, and customers, the analyst ensures prompt resolution of unapplied cash and payment discrepancies. The position plays a key role in bank reconciliations, month-end close activities, and compliance with financial controls. The incumbent is expected to deliver high levels of accuracy while meeting established service levels and quality standards. Additionally, the role contributes to continuous process improvement and operational excellence within the Order-to-Cash function. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Strong Cash Application Fundamentals - Good understanding of payment allocation, bank reconciliations, and Accounts Receivable processes. SAP & Transaction Processing Skills - Ability to accurately process high-volume transactions using SAP and other ERP systems. Attention to Detail & Accuracy - Ensures correct application of payments, identification of discrepancies, and maintenance of audit-compliant records. Problem-Solving & Collaboration - Works effectively with Collections, Billing, and customers to resolve unapplied cash and payment issues. Ownership & Performance Focus - Delivers against SLAs, adapts to changing priorities, and demonstrates a proactive approach to process improvements.
