Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and management of IAM solutions to support access authentication, authorization and, provisioning.
- Accountable for the process of managing the enablement and sustainability of application onboarding: best practices/standards, onboarding of net new apps, off-boarding of existing apps, and changes to existing apps.
- Accountable for administration and coordination of IAM Risk assessment across business units, provide oversight of business area's compliance with IAM processes and procedures.
- Build, execute, and manage enterprise IAM initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's IAM roadmap and solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to IAM designs/configurations, processes, and requirements.
- Create IAM processes; implement and integrate appropriate technologies. Continually improves processes and procedures that focus on risk-based access controls.
- Lead the research, design, and advocacy of new IAM technologies, architectures, and security products that will support business and security requirements.
- Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and at least 5 years of experience in technology management OR high school diploma/equivalent and at least 7 years of experience in
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team responsible for supporting and developing the tools that are used to automate the user access process.
- At least 2 years of IAM experience to include experience leading development, implementation and refinement of IAM standards throughout the application onboarding process.
- Understanding of modern authentication technologies (e.g., OAuth 2.0, LDAP, SAML).
- Experience working with NIST IAM standards (e.g., 800-63, 800-53r4, 800-205).
- Experience performing quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Experience building relationships with security, technology, and business stakeholders across a global organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Preferred Experience
- CISSP, CISM or CISA certification.
- Experience with technologies like Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD, ADFS or Oracle Identity Manager.
