Role: Head, Commercial & Account management- TSEL Location : Jakarta Reporting : Country GM About This Role: We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Commercials at Circles. This pivotal role is focused on driving growth through digital acquisition, lifecycle management, and strategic digital partnerships. The ideal candidate brings extensive telecom experience, a proven track record in customer acquisition, and a deep understanding of emerging markets. Experience & Required Qualifications Minimum of 10-12 years in telecom, with a focus on customer acquisition and digital partnerships. Proven track record leading regional sales or revenue growth teams. Excellent understanding of building and managing marketing strategy for B to C and B to B Deep understanding of emerging markets and prepaid-heavy market dynamics. Deep understanding of postpaid and prepaid solutions & customer facing features Major successes in consumer telecom (e.g., achieving significant subscriber base growth or revenue increases through strategic initiatives). Knowledge and experience of interfacing with the R&D and engineering in terms of feedback and enhancement/ development of features and functionalities.
