This role is responsible for increasing programmatic impact, engaging employees at scale, and building sustainable systems to support a diverse market. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for driving strategic employee impact programming for all Salesforce employees across Latin America and the eastern United States. Support and enable the LATAM Employee Impact Council spanning 4 countries and 7 U.S. Employee Impact Councils to deliver effective volunteering opportunities that are locally meaningful. Champion education volunteering initiatives across LATAM and eastern U.S. markets, working toward the global goal of hubs adopting schools and contributing to the education volunteer hours target. Drive AI-focused volunteering initiatives, particularly in AI Education and Upskilling, leveraging Salesforce's expertise to address digital literacy gaps and prepare communities for AI-driven economic opportunities. Establish regional goals, measure outcomes, and partner with the operations team to evaluate process and performance on a consistent and timely basis. Build strong partnerships with regional leaders to champion Employee Impact initiatives, creating targeted plans that drive awareness, participation, and measurable increases in giving and volunteering. Partner with communications and enablement teams to develop compelling storytelling and resources that inspire employee participation in VTO. Serve as a thought partner to identify program improvements, expansion, and new programmatic opportunities that align with the global team's overall strategic goals. Design and execute high-impact multi-market events for quarterly key company moments, such as Global Volunteer Month, that drive both employee engagement and measurable community impact. Collaborate across internal impact partners to help identify, assess, and engage strategic community partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with strategic nonprofit partners across LATAM.
