ElasticSearch Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain search solutions using ElasticSearch.
• Optimize search performance, scalability, and relevance across diverse datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective search strategies.
• Develop and manage indexing pipelines, crawling mechanisms, and data transformation workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot search infrastructure to ensure reliability and low latency.
• Stay updated on emerging search technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ElasticSearch in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Elastic Agent Builders, RAG in Elastic search.
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, relevancy tuning, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with data indexing, crawling, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
