Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer contacts including but not limited to phone and email (non-sales task)

Requirements
- ENGLISH knowledge on a conversational level is REQUIRED
- RUSSIAN knowledge on a fluent/native level is REQUIRED
- Available shifts:
- part-time 16:00 - 20:00
- There is no rotation of shifts!
- Excellent communication skills, empathic, "problem-solver" attitude
- Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, including during peak season
- Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
- Works well with people, proactive attitude, passionate about providing a great customer service
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
- Desire to move up and grow with the company, preferred
