Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements including but not limited to commercial transactions, SAs, DPAs, NDAs, and other commercial matters with domestic and international parties including clients, partners, and vendors

- Proven success working effectively across business units and internal functions to efficiently resolve complex business and risk management issues while considering many non-legal variables, such as culture, brand, communications, government relations, tax, revenue recogn

Drata is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join its Legal Department reporting to the SVP, Legal with a heavy focus on commercial (sales and procurement) and privacy matters. You will provide legal support to stakeholders at all levels while planning and implementing operational processes, platforms and tools to scale and shape the legal function. We have one open headcount and will be hiring for this role on either the East Coast or in the UK to support teams across those time zones.
