About the role

We are seeking a Business Alignment & Pipeline Planning Manager to join our Business Strategy & Commercial Excellence team in New Zealand. In this role, you will support cross-functional alignment and lead early commercial planning for pipeline assets to improve operational efficiency and business impact. Your role will be varied and will include: Co-leading early commercial planning and due diligence for pipeline assets Driving alignment, planning discipline and efficiency across commercial teams Supporting strategic and operating planning processes across the business Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enable successful launch readiness About you We are looking for a commercially minded professional with strong strategic capability and the ability to influence across a complex organisation. You will need: At least 3 years' e xperience in marketing, business development, and/ or new product planning (pharma preferred) Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability Ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional stakeholders An ability to see the bigger picture, appreciate cross function challenge s and focus on what i s ultimately going to drive the business Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex information Why join us?
