Supervisory Financial Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Mission Area Support Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-9/12) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must meet the following: 1) Applying concepts, principle, practices, laws and regulations of Navy Working Capital Fund execution and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Utilizing multiple appropriations and fiscal law/regulations/policies as well as the procedures governing them; 3) Providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the Navy Working Capital Fund organization programs and activities; 4) Evaluating budget requests and reporting of obligations and expenditures; 5) Applying interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to assist in the development of an effective team.
