  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and integration
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with BIM Manager, PMIS Manager, Project Controls, Requirements and Package teams to ensure: Digital processes are integrated and aligned with delivery workflows
  • Data requirements are clearly defined and structured
  • Systems support design integration, requirements traceability, and interface management
  • Digital Governance & Data Management
  • Maintain oversight of digital governance across all PDMC systems, including: Access controls and user permissions
  • Metadata standards and naming conventions
  • Data quality, consistency, and integrity
  • Ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory requirements on information management
  • Key Requirements
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Information Management, Digital Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 12-15 years' experience in digital delivery for large-scale infrastructure or major development projects
  • Proven experience implementing BIM, CDE, and integrated digital systems in complex, multi-contract environments
  • Experience supporting projects with high levels of integration, coordination, and regulatory oversight preferred
  • Technical Competencies
  • Strong experience with BIM coordination, federated models, and digital collaboration platforms
  • Familiarity with PMIS, document control, and issue management systems
  • Experience in data structuring, dashboard development, and performance analytics
  • Understanding of digital workflows supporting multidisciplinary coordination and system integration
  • Leadership & Behavioural Competencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented with strong focus on governance and data integrity
