About the role

As a Senior Transportation Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of roadway and transportation projects for state and local DOT clients. Coordinate internal teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality, on-time results Execute QA/QC processes across all project deliverables. Support and contribute to proposals, scope development, and project pursuit efforts. Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical, cost-effective design solutions. Engage with stakeholders, including agencies and community members, to communicate project goals and progress. Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance on both technical work and project delivery.
