- Use AI and automation tools to streamline research, reporting, and investor analysis
- Leverage AI-driven insights to identify trends, summarize disclosures, and improve workflow efficiency
- Help modernize IR processes through automation and data-driven reporting
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with finance, actuarial, and business teams to ensure accurate, consistent investor messaging
- Support strategic projects, investor day preparation, and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Corporate Communications or related field
- 5+ years professional experience, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience with Financial statement analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Excellent communication
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills, advanced Excel capabilities
- Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable context
- Track record of collaborating and partnering across teams

- For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
- For NYC: $123,400 - $166,633/year

The role combines financial analysis with capital markets engagement, including proactive investor targeting and outreach. This is an in office role 3 days per week, in the White Plains, NY or NYC areas. Travel is expected for this role.
