About the role
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the FSWO - Maxwell & Gunter Bowling Facilities. The primary function of the position is to provide support duties for the FSS Food and Beverage Operation. Who May Apply: Open to everyone. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: At least one year of experience in clerical, accounting or office work which has provided a thorough knowledge of office automation software. Must possess experience in cash handling and operating a point of sale (POS) system. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy. Knowledge of funds handling techniques and procedures. Must be able to communicate with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public. Experience utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel); experience providing customer service. Condition(s) of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level).
