Model Making Work with the model shop staff and Aero department, to develop our wind tunnel model and testing program; To investigate new technologies and concepts for parts and procedures; Communicate effectively with external groups such as other sections of the department to ensure that parts are tested on time; Execute the day-to-day tasks, providing a 'can do attitude', to all tasks set with a strong eye for detail; Manage timelines effectively, to ensure timely delivery of high-class models and parts; Professionalism Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects; To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team/ sponsors. Create a positive and cohesive work environment, to promote growth and progression; To maintain and develop good relationships with all existing staff and support workers.
