Baystate Health, Western Massachusetts's premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for a Full-time Patient Service Representative to join our experienced Cardiology team in Springfield, MA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Baystate Health's Patient Service Representatives perform a variety of different tasks throughout the day. This includes greeting patients, check in and check out and requesting copays. Responsibilities also include verifying insurances, answering telephones and faxing medical documents. SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40 hours a week Monday through Friday, 9-5:30pm No weekends, No holidays LOCATION : 3300 Main St Springfield, MA
