Workplace Solutions (WPS) Operations Manager - LATAM

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of LATAM workplaces
• Act as WPS site lead for priority LATAM commercial locations ("Destination sites") and provide operational leadership across the LATAM office portfolio.
• Lead operational cadence for LATAM: site performance reviews, incident/escalation management, and continuous improvement actions with internal partners and service providers.
• Ensure workplaces operate safely, compliantly and reliably, with clear escalation routes for operational risks and issues.
• Supplier operational governance & service performance
• Provide regional/local supplier operational governance and oversight to ensure service partners deliver against agreed expectations, with issues resolved at pace.
• Track performance, drive corrective actions, and escalate persistent underperformance through the appropriate WPS governance.
• Be the LATAM point of contact for WPS
• Coordinate LATAM inputs across Finance, Tech, EHS, HR, Security and vendors where workplace delivery or risk requires cross‑functional action.
• Maintain discipline on LATAM site and service information quality (critical local documentation, operational risks/issues, service performance data, and site contacts) so decisions are based on accurate, current inputs.

Role Overview The Workplace Solutions Operations Manager - LATAM is the WPS operational lead for LATAM, accountable for day-to-day operational oversight of key commercial locations (including designated destination sites), regional supplier operational governance, and tactical stakeholder management across the LATAM workplace portfolio. As part of Haleon's evolving operating model, this position sits within the global Workplace Solutions function. The role ensures LATAM delivery is consistent with global WPS standards, governance and service expectations, while partnering closely with LATAM stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and deliver reliable workplace outcomes. Accountable for safe, compliant and reliable workplace operations across LATAM, including service performance management and operational risk escalation.
