Responsibilities
- Collaborate with OSATs to ensure good yield, quality, delivery and cost performance and drive improvement activities to meet KPI.
- Implement process and materials changes at the OSATs and runs qualification activities to qualify these changes.
- Develop and/or assist NPI to release new packages/products at OSATs and ensure seamless transition to production.
- Monitor OSAT performance and lead investigations on any issues related to the OSATs.
- Coordinate failure analysis activities and address the root cause together with OSATs and QA.
- Provide suggestions and ideas to improve work processes at Renesas.
- Degree in Engineering or Science or Mathematics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in Assembly, NPI and 6 Sigma
- Knowledge in project or program management will be good to have
