Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greets patients and oversees entry of patient data in Nextech (EHR System) Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads Educates patients on services offered by Shapiro Aesthetic Plastic Surgery & Skin Klinic Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries Schedules appointments Alerts proper staff of patient's arrival Maintains a clean and organized front desk area Assists with social media marketing content Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff
Requirements
- Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery setting preferred
- Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High end customer service: 2 years (Required)
