This role is suited for individuals who have a solid technical foundation and a desire to provide excellent support to Swedish-speaking clients. Responsibilities Provide outstanding technical support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Guide customers on how to utilize products and features effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. Work in conjunction with product and engineering teams to address complex customer issues. Perform follow-ups to guarantee customer issues are completely resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Keep up-to-date with product developments and industry changes to enhance support quality. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in technical support or a customer service role is preferred. Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care. Experience using CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
