About the role

Our creative operations function is the engine behind hundreds of ads delivered every week. As we scale, we need a systems-minded operator to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and build the operational infrastructure that enables faster, more predictable execution. You will own the systems, processes, and operational improvements that keep creative work moving efficiently from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Systems
  • Own the end-to-end creative operations workflow across strategy, production, post-production, QC, and delivery
  • Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for efficiency and scalability
  • Build automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve visibility
  • Create structured approaches for prioritization, triage, and workload management
  • Partner with internal tooling teams to ensure workflows evolve alongside platform capabilities
  • Resource Planning & Operations
  • Build systems for capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing
  • Partner with strategy, production, and creative leads to maximize output and remove bottlenecks
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline health, utilization, and delivery risk
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to automate operational work using AI, LLMs, and workflow tools
  • Build, implement, and measure operational improvements
  • Create and maintain SOPs that document and standardize key workflows
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 5+ years in creative operations, production operations, project management, or similar high-volume creative environments
  • Proven experience building scalable operational systems and improving processes
  • Strong experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar
  • Experience with workflow automation and AI-powered operational tools
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational metrics and dashboards
  • Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Ability to operate independently and make an immediate impact
  • Systems thinker who thrives on solving complex operational problems
  • Builder who enjoys creating scalable solutions, not just maintaining existing processes
  • Direct, low-ego communicator who prioritizes outcomes over politics
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of driving improvements without a detailed roadmap
  • Structured and pragmatic, using process as a tool rather than an end goal
