About the role

Role Overview As Field CTO for Analytics & AI, you will own the technical track end-to-end on qualified Analytics and AI opportunities across the region, leading the deepest technical work on strategic deals centered on AI and GenAI workloads on Postgres. You will operate credibly at the enterprise and CxO level, being equal parts hands-on architect and trusted executive advisor. What You Will Do You will own the full technical track on qualified Analytics and AI opportunities, lead on AI and GenAI use cases on Postgres, run proofs of concept, benchmarks, and sizing, design reference architectures, and advise the CxO level executive advisory, thought leadership, and board-level positioning on strategic accounts. Why It Might Be a Fit This is a senior, technically deep field role that requires 8+ years of deep hands-on expertise with Postgres and data platforms, real experience designing AI and GenAI solutions, and proven ability to lead POCs, benchmarks, sizing, and complex migrations end-to-end.
