Requirements
- Ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of production
- Bachelor's degree in Editing, Publishing, Visual Communications, Typography, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in book typesetting, prepress production, or comparable publishing role preferable
- Strong command of typographic principles and page composition
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop
- Understanding of print-production workflows, color management, and file-delivery specifications
- Consistently produce accurate, error-free files within deadlines
- Work well with a team
- Comfortable receiving and providing clear, effective, and constructive feedback
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual typographic skills with experience in print
